6 ways to have a the best year EVER!

PRAY WELL

Even if you are not religious or do not believe in God, there is always a Supreme Being that you look up to.

Start your endeavor, your day with a prayer.  And when you pray, you do it WELL, BE SPECIFIC and CLEAR.

Pray for and ask for WISDOM, KNOWLEDGE and FAVOR.

WISDOM – that you be able to easily understand what you are reading, the laws and cases and the questions you come across with.

KNOWLEDGE – that you be able to apply what you have read, and answer the questions that were given to you.  AND that you will not doubt the answers that you have written or given.

FAVOR – that you may be able to finish all the assigned or required readings for the subject/s.  Be able to have the proper study and time management to be fruitful.   AND that if ever you humbly beg the Lord, that all the questions that would be asked would easy to understand and answer, moreover, that only questions fall on those ITEMS that you have read.

And during the checking, that your answers be considered as the SUGGESTED ANSWER receive FULL CREDIT , and in the event it is not the suggested answer, it may be considered as the ALTERNATIVE ANSWER to get a SUBSTANTIAL CREDIT.

And that you return all the glory and praises to the Almighty God!!!

STUDY WELL

Preparation is the KEY!!!

Find a friendly book.

Make a Study Plan, that will work for you, do not copy.

REST and SLEEP WELL

There is also such a thing or situation as over studying.  PROPER SCHEDULING IS IMPORTANT, when to study, and when to REST.

The BODY do not have a never-ending power source or energy.  Pushing the body to its limits would entail a serious repercussion.  You also need to rest your body to recharge, to rejuvenate.

When to rest, aside from your scheduled sleep time.  The telltale signs would be when you are reading and the paragraphs turn into lines.  And whatever you do you are having a hard time comprehending understanding what you are reading, and you are becoming more and more restless, and not to mention, anxious.  STOP FOR A WHILE, stop for a few minutes.   PUSHING yourself to study despite this feeling, would cause more slack, it will be more regressive than progressive.

LIVE WELL

Taking the Bar exams does not mean that you depart from your usual life activities.  For example, sports or hobbies are a necessary physical and emotional outlet, STRESS RELIEVERS.  It is important to have a work-life balance.

EAT WELL

Avoid UNHEALTHY & unnecessary food that may cause you problems.  KEEP AWAY FROM  STREET FOODS and JUNK FOODS.

Vegetables, Fruits, they really work and have advantages.

Proteins!! PEANUTS!! it’s all about making better choices.

Keep and Stay Healthy.

You need to be HEALTHY, during your review, and of course during the exam month.

Avoid stressful   people and situations.

It would be more prudent to have anti-flu shots good for the duration of the examination period.

Take supplements.

Protect yourself.  A healthy body is the best policy, and assures you can withstand the Four Sundays.

SAVE WELL

Yes. For the future. For unexpected situations. Manage your finances and learn to save every month. Even better if you can start investing too! 🙂

The key is discipline and the result is peace of mind, and a brighter future!
